The Sustainable Special Interest Group has been set up to represent and support members involved in all areas of sustainable development.

Aims and Goals

  1. The aim of the SIG will be to bring awareness of sustainability to a wider audience.

  4. Provide forum for debate

Agreed Definition of Sustainability:

'Meeting the needs of the present without negative impact on the environment and present and future generations'

Suggestions about possible activities and goals for the Committee, or general enquiries, are welcome from anyone interested in this sector.
