DESCRIPTION:Venue: The Midland Hotel\, Manchester City Centre\, UK \nDate: Tuesday 17 – Thursday 19 September 2024 \nThe Introduction to Textiles Short Course is hosted twice per year. The courses get booked up very far in advance\, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  \nThe Textile Institute launched this short course in 2010 to celebrate the Centenary of the Institute. It is a three day intensive training short course\, offered twice a year in March and in October. \nIt is organised for the benefit of all those who are engaged in the manufacture\, research and development as well as the commercial aspects of textiles business. The course will cover the fibres\, yarns and fabrics used in textile products for apparel\, household and technical textiles applications as core modules.
