Are you an experienced Account Manager with fashion/textiles experience who is looking for something a little different?

Responsible for the ongoing account management and development of a folio of clients. Within this role you will oversee every aspect of the customer experience, to ensure standards and contractual agreements are achieved whilst also meeting the commercial needs of the business.

Account Manager – The Job Outline

  • Full contract commercial  and client relationship management and  responsibility
  • Client retention through contract extensions and involvement with associated tendering activity
  • On time in full delivery of client rollouts through use of critical path planning.
  • Targeted sales growth through active promotion of cross-selling and account development.
  • Margin protection and growth through pricing reviews and price file maintenance.
  • Delivery of agreed service level agreements
  • Accurate forecasting of client revenue and tracking of budget V’s Latest Estimate.
  • Maintenance of accurate client data including wearer wardrobe profiles
  • Completion of relevant KPI and ad hoc reporting
  • Management of client aged debt with in KPI.
  • Management of client orders and stock level target achievement
  • Supervision of designated Account Administrator
  • Ad hoc duties, as required.
  • Communicating and meeting on a regular basis with  all relevant internal stake holders and coordinating customer responses

Account Manager – The Person Specification

  • Proven track record of managing key accounts in similar Account Management or Sales Manager position. Experience within fashion/textiles, footwear or workwear would be advantageous.
  • Experience of managing B2B accounts, or service offering.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Proactive and forward thinking.
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to problem solve
  • Able to work flexibility
  • Good knowledge of the textile or garment industry
  • Proficiency in MSOffice
