Together with our customers we develop solutions that add value to their businesses and products. Our relationships, however, expand even further: from B2B to B2C. With consumers’ needs and perspectives in mind, we cooperate with renowned fashion brands. While adding value to their business, we ourselves are increasingly acknowledged as a premium consumer brand.

Key responsibilities of this role

  1. Developing and executing business development strategies across segments based on competition, market and customer analyses
  2. Developing and maintaining regular contact/networking/partnerships with brands/retailers and supply chain partners; supporting them in all aspects related to our fibers
  3. Promoting the Lenzing fiber portfolio and product innovations to supply chain, brands and key secondary stakeholders; initiating co-branding opportunities with brand accounts
  4. Monitoring industry/macro trends impacting our business and screen the market to identify short-/mid-/long-term growth opportunities and initiatives

Our ideal candidate

  • A proven track record in the textile industry with a focus on Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
  • Ideally you will have a degree in business management or equivalent
  • Commercial skills, financial understanding, supply chain knowledge, retail knowledge, sourcing knowledge, networking, effective communication, technical understanding of fibers and downstream
  • Drive and excellent communication skills are vital, with a successful record of building partnerships
