A chance to work for a well-established footwear manufacturer working with some excellent grocer and high-street accounts.

Footwear Designer (Slippers) | The Opportunity

Research latest trends and translate into exciting, commercial trend-led slippers for ladies, childrens and a little mens.

Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through meetings and visits.

Work closely with Buyers and Account Managers to make sure designs are to their requirements, providing inspiration for ballerina, slipper socks, moccasins and loafers to name a few.

Liaise with overseas factories regarding samples.

Footwear Designer (Slippers) | About You

Open to various backgrounds for this position, either footwear design or a textile background.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Ability to interpret trends.

Confident user of Illustrator.

Excellent communication skills.

Due to office location candidates ideally need to be able to drive.
