Senior Social Media Executive

• Scheduling social media content across all channels ensuring content is in line with brand look and feel
• Utilising own influencer and/or celebrity contacts for product gifting opportunities.
• Handling paid social media and influencer budgets – ensuring the very best ROI for all pitched activity and campaigns
• Monitoring, reporting and measuring ROI on all paid activities
• Handle contracts and negotiations for paid influencer activity
• Oversee and run paid social activity
• Increase the brand’s social media following on all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest accounts with a strong focus on creating innovative and engaging content while converting followers into customers
• Organise and create social coverage for Influencer and PR events, confident working with influencers, stylists and celebrities in creating social content for a variety of platforms (Instagram Stories, IGTV, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
• Reporting on all Influencer and social media activity – weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Reaching gifting and social media KPIs
• Build and maintain customer, brand and influencer relationships through social platforms and also face-to-face events.
• Manage and update social calendar to support wider marketing and ecommerce activities
• Working with wider marketing and ecommerce team to generate and support campaign ideas
• Utilising data to inform decision making and strategy
