  • Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits as well as promotional information. Provide timely , relevant follow up
  • Order follow-up process, including visits, project establishment, contract negotiation and conclusion
  • Organise and provide product training to agents and OEM’s, as well as end users
  • Close coordination with related departments, sales administration and production to monitor the whole sales process
  • Customer relationship management
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Reports as requested on projects, orders, sales result, lost orders etc
  • Market and competitors’ analysis
  • Working closely with installation and service to achieve a high customer satisfaction rate
  • Participation in exhibitions and seminars
  • Payment follow-up


  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills , ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers
  • Ability to undertake extensive global travel and work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends when outside of the UK
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of man-made fibre processing and related machinery would be an advantage
  • Ability to deal effectively with difficult people
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Teamwork, cooperation and continuous improvements

Package & Progression:

  • Salary based on experience
  • Pension (Company Contribution 8%)
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • 37.5 hours working week (8:00 -17:00 Mon-Thurs, 8:30-13:00 Fri)
  • Potential career progression to become Senior Area Sales & Service Manager
