Council Vote – have your say about who represents Members on Council

This year, there will be a vote for nominations to join Council because the number of nominations for elected members exceeds the number of vacancies as per Chapter III and IV of the Royal Charter Bye-Laws.

Cast your vote before May 13 2019

You are, therefore, requested to cast your vote(s) so that Council Members may be elected.

To cast your vote(s), please login to the MyTI section, click on Resources and download the electronic Council Election Voting Form found in the section. As there are seven vacancies, you may cast up to seven votes each for a different nominee.

Please view the biographical details of the nominated members, presented in alphabetical order by clicking Member Biographies 2019.

All of the above information you require to do this is available on-line via the members-only part of The Textile Institute website: https://www.textileinstitute.org

Completed Ballot Forms should be returned by email, or post to Liz Hoyle, Governance and Communications Administrator, at the details listed below no later than 12.00 hrs on Monday 13 May 2019

.A statement of the votes cast for each nomination will be presented at the AGM on Thursday 23 May 2019 and the Chairman will then declare the names of those duly elected. A list of those elected, and those stepping down from Council, will also be published in textiles magazine.
